Production Errors

  1. The Doctor's reflection in River's helmet isn't reversed, as it should be

  2. When Gantok falls into the pit of skull, his hat falls off. He has hit hat back on when is being devoured

  3. When River is about to kill The Doctor, she raises her hand towards him twice in the same scene

  4. Time was frozen at 05:02:57, this changes to 05:03:06 when The Doctor and River Song touch hand in the pyramid base. However later on time has reset to 05:02:00

Verdict

Seriously lacking on the drive and energy that other series finale have had and with nothing serviceable to save it from terrible 'Doctor Who'. Far too much is thrown in which either does not make sense or which does not benefit the narrative. The Silence are trapped in glass tanks, breakout and kill disposable characters while Churchill and Malkoeh appear, disappear and no one seems to notice or care. The plot is by far too fast-paced for its own good. Far too many out of the blue and repetitious moments make for a terrible episode. *
